• Do you rent less than a full week?
  Yes, we will rent the house for less than a week except during the months of March and April. In fact, we will rent you the beach houses rentals for as few as 2 nights, however, beach houses rentals of less than 4 nights pay a $500 cleaning fee if you are using the whole property and $300 if you are just using the front building. Beach houses rentals of 4 nights and longer are not assessed an additional cleaning fee.
